180000 ton/year sulphur drop-form system of Sinopec Tianjin 1 million ton per year ethene project has successfully run.
After site loading test, the 180000 ton/year drop-form system of Sinopec Tianjin 1 million ton per year ethene project has meet all technical target of contract and accepted by customer formally on March 7th, 2008. The system is provided by Nanjing SUNUP Granulation Equipment Co., Ltd.
This system is the largest running system in China. The system include 8 sets pastillators, each pastillator can reach 6 ton/hr capacity. The pastillator makes plump particles with wonderful particle rate, and running stabilized. The system adopted many advanced technology and optimized process scheme, such as system central control and inter-lock, centralized filter unit, centralized release agent mixing and automatic feeding system, and so on. The systematicness and stabilization and automatic degree of the system is far higher than other domestic manufacturer, and some targets are even higher than international like products.The successful running should provide good experiences for SUNUP’s same large capacity project, such as Sinopec Fujian project and CNPC Luojiazhai NG sulphur recovery project.
