- CF Type Pastillator
Working principle:
CF Type Pastillator makes the molten material flowing from the upstream process drop to the steel belt moving at a uniform velocity. The upward spray cooling and water returning device is provided below the belt to insure that the molten material spreading uniformly on the belt may be cooled and cured in the course of being conveyed to the discharge end. On the basis of the properties of the material and requirements for use, different operating modes of and mechanisms for intermittent dropping, continuous bar output or full-width overflow may be selected for the material distributing device so as to yield hemisphere, strip or flake shaped products.

Reduce dust, improve working condition, operate continuously, raise production efficiency. The shape of the pastille is regular so as to make great value. The technology of heat transfer and atomized spray forced cooling with thin steel belt is adopted to insure fast cooling and curing of melting material.
As the steel belt change direction and bends at the discharge end, which make it easy for the cured material to break away from the junction face with steel belt, dust is little when the material is discharged, the shape of pastille is protected.
As the material distributor and steel belt are respectively driven by stepless variable-frequency governor motors, the operating speed may be
controlled in accordance with the production capacity and the material's property data.
The temperature is controlled in three steps to insure the system operated in stable and reliable state.Applied scope:The plant is applied to products with the melting point below 250℃ for curing and shaping. Typical applied materials include: Sulphur, Paraffin Wax, Resin, Asphalt, Maleic Anhydride, Trimellitic Anhydride, Salt Stearate, Hot-Melt Adhesives, M-Phenylenediamine, Urea, Rubber and Plastic Auxiliary etc.

Working principle:Dry powder material of varying kind brought in from the top of the plant get into the twin-roller after being degassed and pre-pressed by screw and is compressed by the great pressure to form the tablet material due to the plastic deformation. The shall be be gotten tablet material well become end products after the process of being broken, marumerized, screen sized. The amount of extrusion pressure can be changed by adjusting the pressure of hydraulic cylinder according to the requirement of granulation.

As the material is compressed forcedly by mechanical pressure and there is no any wetter during the process, the purity of products can be guaranteed. Shorter flow, lower energy consumption, higher output. As there is no succeeding drying process, it is advantageous to the linking and reformation of the production flow. The tablet will be more intensive. As for the raising of stacking specific gravity, this plant is more notable than other granulation plant, and is especially suitable for the situation of increasing the stacking specific gravity.
The operation is much more elastically. The application scope is wider. The amount of extrusion pressure can be changed by adjusting the pressure of hydraulic cylinder.

Two models of front and side for material to be extruded out. Wet material or material with low melting point (general means < 50℃) after being kneaded and mixed shall be extruded out from mould plate at the head of the plant due to being conveyed and pressed by screws, and then be dried or cooled to form end products of particles so as to complete the course of changing material from powder to particle. The shape of grain is cylindrical. The diameter of end grain can be chosen and controlled by means of changing the diameter of holes in the mould plate: for side type is 0.7-2.0mm,for front type is 1.5-12mm. The rate of end product is equal to or more than 95%.
Applied scope: The plant is widely applied to material needs granulating such as Rubber auxiliar, Food Additive, Plastic Auxiliary, Catalyzer, Agrochemicals, Dye, Pigment, daily chemicals, medicine etc.
Main merits:
•As the powder material is kept in wet state during the whole process of granulation, The working condition is greatly promoted. Flying of dust is generally reduced to over 90% of that used to be.
•Some phenomenon that well influent application such as curdling, framing, pulsing etc can be averted by means of granulation.

- PRG Type Roller Compaction Modeler
Working principle: The material brought into the plant is forcedly extruded out from the steel model plate while being compacted by the roller. Cylindrical strip is cut by cutter under the model plate to form cylindrical grain. The range of diameter of the grain is from 2mm to 10mm.The rate of end products is ≥95%.

- CF Type FlakerSteel Belt Flaker:

Working principle: A pair of mating gear roller is used as the working part for overstocking material. The type of working principle is continuous extruding granulation of positive-displacement. - HSG Type High Speed Granulator
Working principle: The fine powder material shall be continuously mixed, particulized, spheroidized and compacted in the plant by mechanical stiring force and aerodynamic force produced by stiring force to complete the process of granulation. The shape of end products is spherical. The degree of spheroid is ≥0.7,dia of the particles is from 0.3 to 3.0mm,rate of end products is ≥80%。The diameter of the particle can be changed properly by means of adjusting the wetness of material or rotating speed of the main shaft. Generally speaking, lower moisture and higher rotating speed, less grain size.
Applied scope: This plant is especially applied to the material with light mass and fine powder. Finer the basic particle, higher the degree quality of spheroid and quality. The required particle size before granulation must less than 300 eyes. - VFD(B) Type Fluidized-bed Vibrational Dryer
Working principle: Wet material delivered into bed face with open slot from the inlet is in a condition of throw or half-throw under the effect of exciting force, and flows to the outlet at a uniform speed. Hot air blasted out though open-slot at the bed face sufficiently contacts and exchanges with flowing layer of material. At the same time afterheat air and evaporating moisture are released from exhaust hole at the upper shell. The end product after drying is continuously taken out from outlet. The tail gas is exhausted to the dust collector from top outlet.
Applied scope: This machine is applied to loose powder material with low wetness, wide range of particle size and particle material for granulation.
Main merits:
•As the material being dried can be fluidized very well due to concerted action of chemical vibration and hot air, it is especially applied to the material with critical fluidized-speed, wide range of particle size and the material which taken-out speed is difficult to define. with low wetness, and can save energy 10% to 30% contrasted with drying equipment with single layer.
•Residence time of the material in the bed surface can be stpelessly changed by means of adjusting the direction and amount of the exciting force. The operation is easy to hold, and the process is stable.
•The operation for drying, cooling and humidification can be carried out according to the requirements of process. At the same time the combination operating both for drying and cooling can be carried out as well.
