Nanjing Sunup Granulation Equipment Co., Ltd. formerly Powder Equipment Research Institute of China Chemical Industry Ministry, is specialized in manufacturing of powder/bulk granulation system, and is ISO9000 certified.

 

Our principal personnel and technical backbone are specialists and pioneer within such field in China. They have engaged in the development of powder equipment since 1982. In these years, they designed and manufactured and tested many kinds of powder process equipments for different material, these make them very familiar with material technology.

 

SUNUP has 1500 square meter workshop and 3 produce lines, this makes SUNUP can produce 35 sets of equipments each month. To fulfill mechanical accuracy requirement, SUNUP have specialized numerical control machining center to treat parts.

 

Our main products include pastillator, pelleter, granulator, pelletizer, compactor and modeler, also, we produce other auxiliary machine such as dryer, crasher and packing machine mating with our main products to buildup whole system. All of our items are manufactured in conformance with ISO9001 specifications. Our products can widely used within the petrochemical, chemical, fine chemical, pharmaceutical, fat chemical, commodity chemical, fertilizer, agricultural chemical, new material and biochemical industries.

 

Until now, SUNUP produced and sold more than one thansund of granulation system. Our Client includes SINOPEC, CNPC, Henkel KGaA, Rhein Chemie., Laton Korea and Chia Tai group and so on. Recently, SUNUP won more and more contracts which competed with European or American company because of high performance/price (cost) ratio.
